Account and registration

No. One person may hold only one cantona account. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same identity (name, email, or payment method), we will suspend all related accounts and forfeit any remaining balance. Multiple accounts are prohibited under our terms of use and may violate anti-fraud regulations.

If you have forgotten your password or lost access to your account, contact our support team to recover it rather than creating a new one. We provide password reset and account recovery tools to help you regain access without opening a duplicate account.

Our cantona KYC verification requires a government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport, or driver's licence) and a proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three months). Upload clear, legible images of both documents through your account settings.

We verify your documents against official records. If information does not match or documents are unclear, we will request resubmission. Verification typically completes within one business day. You cannot withdraw funds until KYC is approved.

Access account preferences through Settings in your cantona profile. You can update your email, mobile number, notification settings, and currency preference. Password and two-factor authentication settings are found under Security.

If you wish to temporarily pause account activity, contact our support team to request a voluntary pause. Deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet by navigating to Cashier → Deposit, selecting your payment method, entering the amount, and confirming. You will be redirected to your payment app (or a payment gateway) to authorise the transfer. Once authorised, funds arrive in your cantona account instantly or within minutes. No additional fees are charged by cantona, though your payment provider may apply standard transfer fees.

Ensure your payment app has sufficient balance and is linked to a valid bank account. If a deposit does not appear after subject to verification, check your payment app transaction history and contact our support team with your transaction ID so we can investigate.

Withdrawal requests from verified cantona accounts are reviewed within one business day. Once approved, funds are transferred to your registered payment method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank account). Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take a few hours to one business day after approval.

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond one business day, check your account email for any pending verification requests. Some withdrawals may require additional documentation or manual review, particularly around holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek) or for large amounts. Contact support with your withdrawal ID if you believe a delay is unusual.
